In order to trust the soul must be humble and loving.
Ask for the grace with a believing, fervent heart. Live your life dependent on grace. This is the doorway to trust.
Your surrender is complete when you are able to accept whatever the outcome maybe.
Heaven's purpose may seem obscure, but if you love enough, you will not demand to know the reason for every event.
Trust is the testing ground of love.
When you surrender your problems, your fears, and all your misgivings to trust, you no longer see these problems, but only the trust.
Simply do everything for love of God. Then do not fear and doubt.
Trust and courage go hand in hand. Fear opposes trust.
When you are hopeful, God is able to lead you in TRUST.
Love, trust, surrender and pearc follow in this order. The more Holy Love comes to perfection in your heart, the more you trust- the more you surrender, the more you are at peace.
When you trust only in yourselves and your own effors, you lost sight of the present moment, and you lost sight of the path of Holy Love.
When you forget about yourself, you are able to trust God. When you focus on your own problems, you call them back into your heart instead of surrending them to God.
The soul must be deep in faith, hope, and love, for thest three beget trust. Trust bears the fruit of courage.

昨晚我一邊獨自散步,一邊尋找月亮,哼著我們一起唱過的歌;

Feeeling broken
Barely holding on
But just there's something so strong
Somewhere inside me.
And I am down, but I'll get up again.
Don't count me out just yet
I've been brought down to my knees
And I've been pushed right past the point of breaking.
But I can take it.
I'll be back
Back on my feet
This is far from over
You haven't seen the last of me
You haven't seen the last of me.
They can
Say that
I won't stay around
I gonne stand my ground
You're not gonna stop me.
You don't know me,you don't know who I am.
Don't count me out so fast
I've been brought down to my knees
And I've been pushed right past the point of breaking.
But I can take it.
I'll be back
Back on my feet
This is far from over
You haven't seen the last of me
There will be no better
This is not the end
I'm better now
And I'll be standing on top again.
Times are hard but
I was built tough.
I'm gonna show you all what I'm made of.
I've been brought down to my knees

I'm staying right here
Oh,no you won't see my fear
I'm not kidding around
Can't stop me
Can't stop me
You haven't seen the last of me
Oh,no
You haven't seen the last of me
You haven't seen the last of me

Farewell Phases from a Genius Co-worker
"People come, people go – they’ll drift in and out of your life, almost like characters in a favorite book. When you finally close the cover, the characters have told their story and you start up again with another book, complete with new characters and adventures. Then you find yourself focusing on the new ones, not the ones from the past." — Nicholas Sparks
http://www.backpackers.com.tw/forum/showthread.php?t=8297

Life Goals
Our goals by Virginia Satir
- To help people to connect with their creative energies.
- To help people let go of what no longer fits.
- To help people reduce the negative impact of some learnings and experiences from the past.
- To help people to move beyond survival pains.
- To help people to discover their parents as people and to connect with them as human beings.
- To help people to find freedom for new choices and revised conclusions.
- To help people become clearer about their identity.
- To help people become free to experience the flow of life’s energies.
It's all about help!!
Real Freedoms
The five freedoms by Virginia Satir
- The freedom to see and hear what is here, instead of what should be, was or will be.
- The freedom to say what one feels and thinks, instead of what one should.
- The freedom to feel what one feels, instead of what one ought.
- The freedom to ask for what one wants, instead of always asking for permission.
- The freedom to take risks in one’s own behalf, instead of choosing to be only "secure" and not rocking the boat.
(adapted from Virginia Satir’s "Making Contact")

Just understand it. Everything is about myself, but not really personal.
